Our premium lift chair rentals combine comfortable seating with powered reclining and lift assistance. Available for monthly rental, they offer a convenient option when you need a lift chair without purchasing one. Our team can help you confirm an available chair that fits your body, room and comfort needs.

  • Powered lift assistance: Raises and tilts the seat to help you transition toward standing.

  • Flexible reclining positions: Select models offer independent backrest and footrest movement for more positioning options.

  • Adjustable support: Power headrest and lumbar adjustments may be available to personalize your comfort.

  • Heat options: Select models offer adjustable heat in the shoulders, lumbar area and seat.

  • Extended foot support: Select models include a footrest extension for added support while reclining.

  • Convenient controls: Features may include programmable memory positions and device charging.

  • Size and fit: Seat width, depth, height and overall chair dimensions vary by model and size.

  • Monthly rental only: Rentals are charged at the monthly rate. Weekly and daily rentals are not available.

Premium lift chair rentals accommodate users up to 400 lbs. Please confirm the available chair’s weight capacity before booking.

The powered lift function raises and tilts the seat to assist you toward standing. It does not replace hands-on assistance if you need help standing or transferring.

Plan for approximately 37–41 inches of chair width and 14–22 inches of clearance behind the chair, depending on its size. You’ll also need open space in front for the footrest to extend fully and room to stand and move around the chair. Contact our team to confirm the available rental chair’s dimensions before booking.

The chair is operated with an easy-to-use handheld remote that controls lifting and reclining. Depending on the model, it may also adjust the headrest, lumbar support and heat settings. Select models include programmable memory buttons to save your favorite positions. Remote features vary by the chair provided.

The chair offers reclining positions that may be comfortable for resting or sleeping. Recline options vary by model. If you’re recovering from surgery, ask your healthcare provider whether sleeping in a recliner is appropriate and which position to use. Let our team know if you need a specific reclining position before booking.

The chair requires an electrical outlet for normal powered operation. Follow the supplied instructions and keep cords clear of moving parts and walkways. Battery backup, if included, is intended for power interruptions and does not replace the normal power connection.

No. Rentals are charged at the monthly rate. Returning the chair before the scheduled due date does not qualify you for a refund for unused days or weeks.

No. Freedom Mobility Solutions does not participate with Medicare or private insurance companies, even with a doctor’s prescription. Rentals are paid out of pocket. We do not bill insurance, submit claims or coordinate with insurance companies or their representatives. Any questions about coverage or reimbursement must be handled directly between you and your insurance provider.
